Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan, over medium-high heat. Add bag of broccoli slaw and cook down until tender.
Place rice paper wraps(one at a time) in a shallow dish. Cover with boiling water and remove after about 1 minute, or when wraps are soft.
Place soft wrap on a piece of parchment paper and add broccoli slaw, avocado, cilantro, vegetables and hemp hearts to the middle of the wraps. Roll tightly, ensuring that the ends are folded in to contain all the ingredients.
Assemble the remaining wraps and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pair with your favorite Thai Sauce for dipping - I really like PC Pad Thai Sauce
I really like to serve my spring rolls with mixed Asian style vegetables or edamame, you can usually find these frozen for even more convenience!
