My morning routine is pretty simple...if it doesn't happen quickly, it doesn't happen! I work from home on a regular basis and it has it's perks but when my office is only a couple steps away, I tend to start tackling my inbox within 20 minutes of getting out of bed, which doesn't leave time for much of a morning routine. With my busy mornings, I need a quick breakfast that is full of nutrients, keeps me full all morning and tastes great! Smoothies are a great breakfast for the gal (or gent) on the go! I have shared smoothie recipes in the past but lately I have been including "boosters" in my morning smoothies. I make boosters by freezing nutrient dense ingredients and then tossing them into my smoothie each morning. The best part is, you can make boosters out of whatever super food ingredients you want!
