Since these bite size treats are full of protein, fibre and healthy fat they are the perfect snack to keep your energy levels high and your hunger under control.
Makes about 12 bites
1 1/2 cups of gluten free rolled oats
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
3 tablespoons smooth almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup shredded coconut
